What's the cost?
We charge a $300 (+HST) fee that is payable before our SECOND call if we agree to proceed after our FIRST FREE consultation.
After that it depends on the scope of the services we mutually agree to provide your business.
Factors that influence our pricing include complexity, urgency and the service required.
As we work with different organizations in different phases of growth and varying industries we do not believe its fair to you or us to charge a fixed price. We encourage you to get in touch with us or schedule a call for us to provide a value based and fair price that takes your business to the next level
How it works!
All engagements start with a 30 min FREE consultation to review your current pain points, operations, processes, tech stack, financials and determine fit.
We follow up with a secondary call* (we may request access to financial systems & statements prior to the 2nd call) to go over options and pricing based on information derived in our initial call. We will follow up one week after the second call to sign the engagement letter which will include a final quote based on mutually agreed goals & deliverables.
*Upon signing the engagement letter the $300 (+HST) fee will be offset against your first invoice.
Are we the right fit for you?
If you are looking to grow your business and care about the financial health of your business but don't know where to start - we're likely the team for you.
While it's also beneficial that you have at least 6 - 12 months of runway before we come on board, we also understand that this is not always possible or likely in the current environment. We can offer strategies or advice to get there before we come on board.
Do you offer bookkeeping or taxation services?
Due to significant demand, we're now offering bookkeeping services! We've found that a lot of our clients initially needed help with cleaning and organizing their books and hence it made sense for us to start offering this service.
We currently do not offer tax services (filing or planning) but have a roster of tax accountants that we work with and depending on your requirements, we can make introductions to the right professional for you!

Is the initial consultation really free & what happens if you don't want to proceed with the engagement?
YES! We would love to connect and learn about your business and your vision for the future. The $300 (+HST) fee is due only when we mutually agree to proceed with the 2nd call.
If you decide not to proceed with the 2nd call, we appreciate the time taken to speak with us and we wish you and your business the best on your journey to success!
